The web hosting will set you back another $9.95 a month and an autoresponder account with "Aweber", the one I use, will cost you $1 to try for 30 days and then $19 a month.  Looking at this as a long term project, and considering that you will eventually create several websites, I recommend that you join the online membership of Chris Farrell.
